Event photography is an immensely popular addition to any successful social occasion and is guaranteed to add a fun element to the proceedings!

Here at Wye Valley Events we offer professional, mounted images to your guests at affordable prices...with absolutely no cost to the organizers. We use Nikon cameras and our fully equipped, mobile studio to provide beautiful, instant, lab quality prints on the night.

Wye Valley Events is owned and run by husband and wife team Richard and Angela Ham. Richard is the principal photographer with almost 30 years of photography experience and Angela is the brains of the business. Our second photographer, Alexis, is an internationally published fine artist and illustrator and a talented photographer in his own right.

We attend a variety of events of all sizes, from Year 11 and college proms to black tie dinners, fundraisers, wedding receptions and many more. Wye Valley Events enable guests to take home a lasting reminder of their special evening: An elegant, professional portrait of the highest quality, which will be treasured for years to come.

How it Works!

Let us know about your event via the ENQUIRY form and we will reply with our availability, print costs and space requirements. Alternatively contact Richard on 07877 055277 to discuss your requirements.

We will arrive at the venue an hour before the event starts to set up our studio and printing lab. This is done with the minimum of fuss and we take care of all the arrangements.

Our photographers will be available throughout the evening to photograph every guest: as individuals, couples or groups. The process is a fun experience for the customer; we offer classic, formal portraits, as well as a lighter, more informal style of imagery.

Pictures will be available for viewing and purchase straight away. At larger events (approximately 150 attendees and up) we will set up multiple viewing stations where all the evenings images can be viewed and purchased.

We accept cash, cheque (with bankers card) or chip 'n' pin debit/credit card. Guests can also buy from our secure website (password protected if required) and prints will be despatched via mail order.

Our Product and Service

We use the latest professional Nikon digital cameras and lenses, Wi-Fi transmission technology, multiple digital viewing stations and a mobile printing studio to produce instant, lab quality photos presented in a stiff card mount.

We offer a range of studio set-up options allowing us to shoot vibrant High-Key (white background) images as well as sophisticated, artistic Low-Key (black background) images - which are fast becoming our most popular style!

After the event, images will be uploaded to our secure web site within 48 hours for viewing and purchase by mail order. All images purchased from our site come with a free immediate download version, suitable for use on social network sites such as Facebook.

We don't charge for attending an event and if you're a registered charity, or children's organisation you may earn a percentage of sales from the event for yourselves.
