We will have already confirmed our availability for your event, and discussed your needs and the option available to meet those needs. So that we can confirm the booking we do require all organisers to complete the form below as discussed.

Under our Terms of Booking, should you wish to cancel your booking with us we will need as much advanced notice as possible. Detailed below are the cancellation fees charged by us for late cancellation.
This is necessary as we operate on a confirmed booking basis so will turn away other enquiries if we have commited to your event.

We have never failed to attend a booking to date, but in the unlikely event that this was to happen, we also agree to compensate your organisation under the same terms.

• 60 day's or more notice - No charge
• 30 day's or more notice - £50 charge
• Less than 30 day's - £100 charge
