Here at Wye Valley portraits (part of Wye Valley Events), we believe that     good quality family portraits should be affordable for every family.
With this in mind we have taken our fully equipped studio out on the road across Wales. As we don't operate from a High Street studio we have lower overheads, which translate into lower costs for us and fantastic value for our customers.
Our prices are typically 75% cheaper than High Street studios!

What do we do?

We produce beautiful modern, fun and vibrant portraits that will last a lifetime, but without the need for you to re-mortgage the house!

Whether it's a family, an individual or just the little cherubs, we aim to produce a series of images we know you will love at a price you can afford.


How do we do it?

We have already booked a venue near you, details of which are on the leaflet you received.
You simply book a one hour sitting from the available times which we will confirm. When the day arrives, our photographers will take a number of images of your party and aim to capture the character and fun side of each person along with some individual portraits.
After the shoot we will select a range of images and carry out post production work to each one, producing some vibrant and modern photographs for you to view from home. The images will normally be available to view within 7 days.

What we DON'T do;

• We don't do pressure selling!
  
  You get to browse all the images and packages at your leisure in the comfort of your own home via our secure web site.
  
• We don't do poor quality!
  
  We use the latest Nikon digital camera's, a full professionally equipped studio and the latest dye sublimation lab quality printers.
• We don't do "hidden costs"!
  
  All our packages are clearly explained and priced and there are no hidden charges at all. The prices even include postage and packaging. The price you see is the final price you pay.
• We don't  betray our ethics!
  
  Many photographic companies lull you in with a cheap sitting and a free print, but many employ hard-sell sales people to handle the viewing of the images. Unless you have a cast iron will (and can handle the embarrassment), you may leave many hundreds of pounds lighter after having been bullied into buying. We strive for 100% satisfaction and customer recommendations.
  

How do I book?

Booking is easy. Simply click the "Book Now" button below and select your prefered time from those available on the day of your venue. If we are fully booked then simply contact us with your location and we will let you know when we next plan to be in your area. Before we do return, you will receive an e-mail from us and have first refusal on sitting times before we begin taking bookings from the public.
Once you have booked you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us within 24 hours containing advice and tips for the day and what to expect.
We accept all major debit and credit cards on-line to make shopping easy.
We ARE revolutionising studio portraiture and it's already proving extremely popular, so book quickly to avoid disappointment.

How do I buy?

As soon as we have uploaded your images to our site, we will e-mail you to let you know they are available for viewing. Using your unique password you can view each image individually or run a slideshow showing them all. You can add your favourites to your Fotoalbum which is an easy way to shortlist them and you can even send individual photos or the entire album to friends or family members to share.

Remember to select your complimentary 9"x6" mounted print by using the coupon supplied to you at the sitting, or you can use the coupon's value against an alternative product.

Delivery times will depend on the goods ordered. Most orders are delivered to the customer within 7-10 days of the order being placed. Framed products will be sent by courier and may require a signature, but we will e-mail you the day before we dispatch them so you can make arrangements. We will keep you updated by e-mail throughout the entire process and we are always available by e-mail or phone to answer any queries, alternatively, check your order status anytime via the link in the order confirmation e-mail.
