Wye Valley Events TERMS OF BOOKING

This site is owned and operated by Wye Valley Events. All booking made with Wye Valley Events will be made under the terms listed below. If you do not agree to these terms, you should contact us in the first instance to discuss your concerns.

Terms:

1. Wye Valley Events will only confirm a booking upon receipt of the "Booking Confirmation" form which will be completed after discussing and agreeing terms.
2. In the unlikely event that Wye Valley Events are unable to attend through circumstances beyond our control such as (but not limited to) illness, mechanical breakdown, extreme weather, we may, with your agreement, engage an alternative company to provide photographic services at your event. If agreement is made to engage an alternative company, Wye Valley Events will not be required to pay a cancellation fee as per our cancellation policy. We can not be held responsible for late arrival caused by circumstances beyond our control.
   
3. Wye Valley Events will only attend events as sole photographer. Should another photographer be in attendance, we will request their removal. Failing this Wye Valley Events will leave the event and a fee of £150 will become payable to compensate our losses.
4. Although we take every precaution to ensure the health and safety of our employees and your guests, we can not be held responsible for inappropriate behavior or unacceptable conduct of your guests. We reserve the right to refuse to photograph any person/s we deem so intoxicated that they present a risk to our equipement or staff. We also reserve the right to terminate our agreement without notice should our employees be subjected to abusive or aggressive behavior from any guests.
5. Charitable donations to children's organisations or registered charities will become payable on condition of Wye Valley Events selling a minimum of 50 images and you agree to provide a receipt for payments received from us.
6. Wye Valley Events retain ownership and copyright of all images produced at the event. We do not allow the copying, duplicating, distribution or publication of our images without prior written consent.
7. Wye Valley Events require a minmum working area measuring 4x5mtr and access to a 240v mains electricity supply. Failure to provide the minimum space as stated may result in Wye Valley Events being unable to operate. Under such circumstances we will not be liable for any cancellation fee and we may levy a charge of £150 to compansate our losses.
